SHIPPING & reTURNS
> After your payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 1-8 working days with PostNL service. For a more specific estimate, please check the product description. In general, PostNL will deliver your package within 24 hours, however sometimes it can take a bit longer. Note that PostNL does not deliver on Sunday and Monday, depending on your region. No need to stay at home – all our packages will be delivered directly into your mailbox.
> For now, we do not accept orders outside of the Netherlands. If you live abroad and would like to order, please send an email to email@example.com and we will check what we can do for you.
> Shipping costs are set at €4.95.
> Track and trace service is only available upon request. We provide a gift wrapping service for only €1.95 Add the service to your shopping bag and we’ll make sure your order will enchant your loved one.
> If the product doesn’t suit you, there’s no need to worry. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your items if undamaged and unworn. Please note that items bought in the final sale, starting April 14, 2019, are not eligible for refund or exchange.
> Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing your name, order number, order date and the product(s) you want to return or exchange. We’ll send you a return ticket. Please send back the items in the original package (if possible), a box or envelope containing bubble wrap.
> Make sure your return package is franked and packed sufficiently. All costs and risks for returning the order are on your own account.
> After your return is processed, the order fee will be transferred back onto your bank account.
> If your product gets broken once the return period has passed, please do not hesitate to let us know. Send us an email containing a picture, the date of your order, comment on the damage and we will check what we can do for you.
