Are earrings sold individually or as a pair?

In the title of the product description you can find whether you’ll be receiving one or two items of the product you’re looking to purchase. This can be different for every product. If the description says ‘sold as a pair’, you’ll receive two earrings. If it says ‘sold per item’, you’ll receive one earring.

How do I submit my ring size?

As stated in the product description, you can enter your ringsize at checkout in the phase ‘checkout details’. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find ‘billing notes’, which is where you can add your ring size and other comments.

What is the estimated delivery of my purchase?

The estimate delivery of your purchase is stated in the product description. The estimate delivery includes our production time. You’ll receive an email after we have submitted your package to PostNL. Note that the amount of days stated are working days, so Monday through Friday, except for Dutch national holidays. Note that this is an estimate, and your product can be delivered before or slightly after this deadline, depending on our stock and PostNL service. Also note that PostNL does not deliver our packages on Sunday and Monday for some areas.

My order has been dispatched, but I haven't received it yet?

Most of the time, PostNL will deliver your package the next day, Tuesday through Saturday. However, please allow for one more working day as sometimes there can be a slight delay. Note that PostNL does not deliver on Sunday and Monday in some regions. If your package has not arrived after two working days, please contact

Do I have to be home in order to receive my package?

No, you don’t and that’s the best thing! Your order will be tracked by us, but will be delivered into your postal box.

Can I receive a track-and-trace code?

You can, upon request. Please mail to and we will mail you the track&trace code. However, most of the time this won’t be necessary due to PostNL next-day delivery and the fact that the package will be delivered directly into your postal box.

How do I return or exchange my purchase?

Are the shark teeth and coral you sell legal or animal friendly?

Our shark teeth are legally imported from Florida, USA, are USFWS permitted and collected either through collection or from non-protected species that were an accidental catch. Shark teeth have been used for jewelry for ages. Did you know sharks lose about one tooth each week?

The coral we use for our earrings is made of dyed bamboo coral, which is non-endangered and thereby not CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of wild flora and fauna) registered. Originally, this type of coral has a white colour and our pendants are dyed in various colours.
